Job summary

The Study Coordinator position at Einstein College of Medicine supports the Centering Pregnancy and Bronx Healthy Start initiatives. You will implement study protocols, coordinate recruitment, oversee data collection, and support program evaluation in collaboration with clinicians and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, community health or related field.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Experience in public health program support and with similar populations preferred.
• Experience with data collection, cleaning and analysis preferred.
• Familiar with structured databases for data tracking (Word, Access, Excel).
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate study protocols with the PI and clinical staff.
• Coordinate activities to support group prenatal care services.
• Oversee recruitment, enrollment, referrals and retention per protocol.
• Track enrollment, attendance and retention; follow up with participants.
• Manage data collection and maintain study databases and documentation.
• Perform data quality reviews and resolve discrepancies.
• Review questionnaires and program evaluation measures for completeness.
• Support data analysis and preparation of study reports and evaluations.
• Coordinate Steering Committee meetings and follow up on action items.
• Assist with grant preparation and study-related documentation.
