MOVE OVER MOZART, in the Shoreline/Bellevue area, is seeking compassionate piano teachers to lead small-group classes for children after school. You will guide beginners through engaging, structured lessons and foster a supportive learning environment that celebrates progress.

Ideal candidates are experienced with kids, have piano training, and are coachable—willing to learn and receive feedback while helping students grow in music theory and technique.

Qualifications

• Experience with young children and ability to help them explore, create, and express themselves.
• Studied piano with a teacher and understand music theory and technique.
• Willing to be coached and open to feedback.
• Reliable, patient, flexible, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Teach small group piano classes for children
• Plan each class using provided lesson outlines, objectives, and materials
• Create an engaging, supportive environment where children enjoy learning
• Work independently in the classroom, while collaborating with a team of teachers
• Represent Move Over Mozart with care, reliability and enthusiasm
• Continue growing through training, mentorship and support from the studio
