Job description

We're seeking energetic group trainers with great character and a passion for learning to join our fun team at F45. This role offers potential for fast-tracking into leadership positions.

THE POSITION

Deliver high-intensity, team-based training at our studio, ensuring excellent execution and member engagement.

The ideal candidates:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coach and motivate members through workouts
• Conduct consultations with trial members
• Correct exercise form to prevent injuries
• Promote and sell F45 services, support membership growth and retention
• Demonstrate exercises with perfect form, and provide regressions and progressions
• Set up and clean equipment around the studio

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in an F45 environment preferred
• Group training experience or potential to excel in it
• Minimum 1-year personal training experience
• Availability on weekends
• Strong character, communication, and care skills
• Energetic, attentive, and knowledgeable about functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate training
• Excellent communication and social media skills
• Ability to stay on your feet and move constantly during classes

CERTIFICATIONS

• Current nationally accredited fitness certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA)
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Group training certification

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
