The Consumer Engagement Professional 2 oversees the enrollment, education, engagement, and activation duties for client groups regardless of segment, and for product where warranted. The Consumer Engagement Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Follows established guidelines/procedures. This role requires 75% Travel.

Required Qualifications
  • Effective communication and presentation skills - conduct retiree meetings virtually and in person
  • Solid leadership and personal accountability for work and productivity
  • Health and Life license or in process of pursuing (completion within 30 days of hire)
  • This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to record Brainsharks and other client needed materials.
  • Able to meet deadlines, work with minimum supervision
  • Must be able to travel 75%
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or comparable experience and background
  • Previous project management experience
  • Previous experience in sales
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

$58,700 - $70,400 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
