Job summary

PNC is seeking a Software Engineering Group Manager to lead an AMG Architecture team focused on data, automation, and AI. You will shape target-state architectures, evaluate platforms, and drive scalable, compliant solutions within a wealth and asset management context.

You will build and mentor architects, collaborate with enterprise governance, and translate business needs into actionable roadmaps that align with PNC's technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading architecture or senior engineering teams.
• Strong depth in data architecture, automation, AI/ML architecture, or solution/platform architecture.
• Experience creating data strategies, target-state architectures, and analytics or AI enablement roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple development projects and teams for major business segment.
• Oversee design and implementation of complex systems across AMG/PNC architecture domains.
• Lead architecture decisions, guide life cycle from strategy to modernization, ensure security and regulatory compliance.
