Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of design experience related to site development.
• Must hold a Professional Engineers license.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Engineering operations within the local office.
• Manage existing and new client relationships.
• Prepare proposals and execute contracts.

Skills

BS Civil Engineering or equivalent experience

Professional Engineers license

8+ years of design experience related to site development

4+ years management of technical staff

Experience in business development and client interaction

Ability to work collaboratively

Strong organizational skills

Strong communication skills

Comprehensive Knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D
