The Project Engineer will assist in coordinating schedules, managing project documentation, and communicating with stakeholders while helping to ensure projects are organized and efficient. Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating active construction projects.
• Assist with procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to help maintain project schedules.
• Conduct regular visits to active job sites to monitor progress and provide project support.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including production reports, quantity tracking, meeting minutes, and field reports.
