The Group Leader works with individual and/or small groups of students in the supervision and instruction of students to assist in providing a positive learning environment that allows for students’ personal, social, and intellectual development. Group leaders are 12 month employees working at one or multiple locations with children. At times this employee will have duties involving interaction with other departments, outside vendors and multiple school districts.
Tasks:
Possible Additional Requirements: Possession of technical knowledge on licensing requirements through the Department of Health and Human Services Division of Child Development and Early Education. Possession of North Carolina childcare credentials or childcare center Directors Credentials.
