MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking a Group Leader to supervise our critical process cleaning team in a manufacturing plant. You will manage safety, quality, and delivery of task work, lead a team to improve processes, and communicate clearly with team members and clients.

You are expected to have supervisory experience and familiarity with lean practices, with additional preference for automotive paint shop or cleaning environments.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or related settings.
• Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement are desired.
• Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision desired.

Responsabilités

• Lead the critical process cleaning team on the shop floor and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of work.
• Collaborate with team to find safer, easier, and faster ways to perform tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team and clients, delivering BEST RESULTS by supporting colleagues.

What education and experience are needed for success?

At least (1) one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, logistics environment, facility maintenance/management, retail supervision or food service/restaurant supervision required.

Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement are desired.

Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision desired
