ISN is seeking a Group Supervisor – Software Engineering to lead a 10–12 person engineering team and provide technical mentorship. The role requires deep expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, JavaScript/jQuery, SQL Server, and Azure services, with a focus on delivering high-quality web and desktop applications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams of 10–12 professionals.
• 8+ years in software engineering with .NET Core (C#), ASP.NET, JavaScript/jQuery and SQL Server.
• Proficient communicator with ~60% hands-on and 40% supervisory duties.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Azure functions and services.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance productivity across SDLC elements.

Responsibilities

• Coach and supervise a team to maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits throughout software development projects.
• Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web and desktop based business applications.
• Facilitate coordination with other scrum teams to minimize development affects to other teams
• Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
• Scale applications, make architectural trade-offs applying synchronous and asynchronous design patterns, write code, and deliver with speediness and quality
