  1. Competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.75 to $27.30, with the opportunity for an annual bonus
  2. Remote work opportunity
  3. Up to 15 days of vacation per year for full-time associates working 40 hours a week

Responsibilities:
  1. Investigate, analyze, and resolve inquiries from policyholders, brokers, and group office personnel regarding implementation, enrollment, and billing
  2. Review and analyze submitted data, contacting policyholders and brokers when necessary to obtain missing information or clarify questions
  3. Train and provide explanations to policyholders and brokers on billings, enrollments, procedures, and other business processing
  4. Provide excellent service recovery, turning complaint/error situations into opportunities for a positive customer experience
  5. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external business partners
Requirements:
  1. Knowledge of group insurance products
  2. Attention to detail and ability to make sound, justified decisions
  3. Organizational and analytical skills
  4. Ability to multitask effectively, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing customer needs
