Join Our Team as a Group Home Supervisor/PAHrtners Deaf Services at RHA Health Services, LLC

We are hiring for the position of Group Home Supervisor/PAHrtners Deaf Services at RHA Health Services, LLC. This role involves supervising and coordinating activities of Direct Support employees across 1-3 facilities providing Non-ICF services. The supervisor leads Direct Support Associates, manages operations, and ensures quality care for individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges.

Position Details
  • Type: Regular, Full-time
  • Pay: $26.44/hr
  • Reports to: IDD Residential Team Leader or above
Responsibilities
  • Supervise Direct Support staff and coordinate activities across shifts
  • Work closely with healthcare staff to implement person-centered plans
  • Monitor and provide feedback on staff interactions with clients
  • Conduct medication administration audits
  • Handle employee performance reviews and training compliance
  • Manage select budget items within guidelines
  • Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as needed
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience with developmental disabilities
  • Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL)
  • Ability to lift 20-50 lbs. and provide CPR (certified)
  • Flexible schedule and availability for on-call duties
Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Lift and pull weights up to 70 lbs.
  • Regularly stand, walk, squat, kneel, crawl, and climb
  • Use hands for handling objects; demonstrate proficiency in CPR
  • Visual requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision
