RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Group Home Supervisor (N-ICF) to oversee Direct Support staff and the daily operations of 1–3 facilities. This on-site role collaborates with clinical teams to ensure person-centered plans are implemented, while maintaining service quality and staff performance.

The position requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), 1 year of related experience, and a flexible schedule with on-call availability. CPR/First Aid and related certifications are a plus.
