Job summary

Chrysalis is seeking an entry-level Direct Support Professional to help individuals with developmental disabilities lead independent, meaningful lives. This part-time or full-time role covers swing and graveyard shifts to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities include daily living support such as budgeting, meals, shopping, and skill-building with mentees. No prior experience required; paid training offered.

Qualifications

• Entry-level Direct Support Professional role.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.
