Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, is seeking a Program Supervisor in Bemidji, MN. The role focuses on supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, implementing ISP, and supervising staff.

Responsibilities include supervising caregivers, assisting with daily activities and medications, and coordinating community involvement. This is a full-time, 40-hour week position with a wage of 22.80 hourly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals including daily activities, meal planning, medication administration and personal care.
• Duties split between direct support, professional activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement through outings and transportation.

Education
