Job summary

Pathways to Life, Inc. in Greenville, NC is seeking a Residential Paraprofessional to provide structured support and daytime care for youth in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will assist with daily living activities, implement behavior strategies, document observations, and participate in treatment planning. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid NC driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Shift is 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM with orientation in mid-September.

Qualifications
