Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Residential Group Home Manager to lead a team of caregivers for residents with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. You will supervise services and develop care plans.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Human Services, is a NC-qualified mental health professional, and has a valid license and driving record. This full-time role follows a 9am–5pm schedule with on-call as needed, offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from an accredited Human Services program.
• Must meet NC mental health qualified professional qualifications.
• Valid driver license, good driving record and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and oversight of residential services.
• Develop and monitor structured care plans for residents.
• Hire, train, and supervise direct support staff; ensure compliance.
• Ensure health, safety, and welfare of residents; collaborate with families and external entities.
• Manage attendance and training requirements.
