Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or GED, or relevant experience.
• No criminal record and U.S. citizenship required.
• Pre-employment physical and TB test are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and guidance to individuals with disabilities in a group home.
• Assist with personal care such as brushing teeth, toileting, bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Maintain and document ISPs and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Attend mandatory training and staff meetings and participate in supervision.
• Administer medications and maintain Medication Administration Certification.
