Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid State ID required.
• Clearance from Department of Health and Welfare Criminal History Unit.
• Certified in CPR/FA, Mandt and Assistance with Medication Administration (can complete within 60 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily training in living skills to clients.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
• Implement client schedules and programs daily.
• Record accurate client documentation and progress notes.
• Assist clients with medication delivery and meal preparation.
