Job summary

Elwyn is seeking Group Home Counselors in Cherry Hill, NJ to provide supervision and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves guiding daily living activities and overseeing health and safety. Candidates must have a high school diploma/GED and experience with IDD preferred. Positions available full-time, part-time, and float with a pay rate of $19.25 - $21.25 hourly. Benefits include generous PTO and medical packages.

Qualifications

• Experience in a related field or with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must be able to perform CPR, first aid, and safety care crisis prevention techniques.
• Must possess a current, valid driver's license and have a minimum of two years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and guidance to individuals supported.
• Manage and support daily living activities in various domains.
• Administer medications and oversee medical needs of the individuals.
