Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks a dedicated caregiver to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community settings. This full-time role offers hands-on involvement, relationship-building, and a chance to contribute to meaningful daily activities while promoting independence.

You will assist with personal care, promote participation in community activities, and help participants achieve goals related to budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
