Job summary

Sevita's REM Community Services in Minnesota is seeking compassionate caregivers for part-time roles. You will assist individuals with personal care, support daily living activities, and help participants stay engaged in their community.

Earn $20 per hour with part-time schedules and a competitive benefits package for full-time staff. We value relationships, growth, and reliability, and support you with supervision and training.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Strong communication and compassionate caregiving
• Ability to follow instructions and work with individuals with complex needs

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily activities
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Help participants participate in community activities and preferred hobbies
• Build meaningful relationships with individuals served and collaborate with supervisors
