Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, provides community-based supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Minnesota. You’ll join a mission-driven team and help people live well while growing a rewarding caregiving career.

As a caregiver, you’ll build real relationships, support participants with daily goals, and participate in a trusted network of supervisors and training. Evening and weekend shifts are available with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with insurance.
