Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in Minnesota. You’ll help with daily living, personal hygiene, and community participation while building meaningful relationships.

This on-site role emphasizes compassionate, patient care and teamwork. The position offers evening and weekend shifts, a competitive hourly wage of 22, comprehensive benefits for full-time staff, and opportunities for growth through strong

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse individuals.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and tasks while maintaining quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Help participants engage in community activities and develop goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition).
• Build trusting relationships and provide compassionate, patient support.
