Job Summary
Oversee and ensure the overall profitability of the regional operations center. This includes reaching and exceeding financial & referral goals, managing staffing efficiencies, and improving performance for staff. Present regular reports to management.

Location: 100% REMOTE

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Driving Revenue Growth: Deliver excellent customer service, meet scheduling and turnaround time requirements, ensure high-quality report delivery, and manage client inquiries.
  2. Optimizing Physician Costs: Ensure invoices adhere to fee schedules, oversee physician selection based on location, specialty, and cost, and build relationships with key physicians.
  3. Managing Staff Performance and Capacity: Monitor performance metrics, ensure team meets output goals, conduct performance evaluations, handle discipline and terminations, and oversee regional performance and productivity.

Requirements:

  • RN / LPN License required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Healthcare or insurance experience preferred; utilization review experience required.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and computer skills.
  • Work from home: reliable internet connection required.
