Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for members entering group fitness classes.
• Plan and implement health promotion programs.
• Greet and direct members with friendliness and courtesy.
• Answer questions and direct members to Wellness Center areas.
• Handle administrative duties: scheduling, member records, payments, inquiries.
• Enforce safety protocols and facility rules.
• Develop fitness programs and ensure equipment/setup is ready.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming attitude toward staff, residents, and visitors.
