Job summary

Apex Wellness Group is seeking a Part Time F45 Group Fitness Trainer in Little Elm, TX. You will lead energetic group workouts, coach members, and uphold studio standards in a fast-paced, community-driven environment.

The role requires experience in group fitness, CPR/First Aid/AED certification, and a nationally accredited fitness cert. Weekend availability and strong communication skills are essential; uniform provided and advancement opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a group fitness environment preferred.
• Must have group training experience or show potential.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a personal or group fitness trainer.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must understand functional movement, HIIT, and HR-based training.
• Must be comfortable with public speaking and social media usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and demonstrate F45 workouts with energy, confidence, and professionalism.
• Provide clear instruction, exercise demonstrations, and movement corrections.
• Ensure member safety while delivering engaging class environments.
• Support all fitness levels with modifications and progressions.
• Conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with trial members.
• Correct exercise form to prevent injuries and promote proper technique.
• Promote F45 services and assist in membership growth and retention.
