Chuze Fitness is looking for Team Training Coaches to lead small group, coach‑led training sessions that blend personal training attention with the energy of group fitness.
What is Team Training?
Team Training is a total body workout designed to be safe, effective, and fun for all levels. The workouts are high‑intensity intervals and HR‑based for the cardiovascular component. The daily focus of the programming generally varies between endurance, strength, power, or a combination of all. A typical 60‑minute session is divided into training “blocks” of varying lengths. The cardio blocks generally consist of intervals on the incline trainer/rower that coincide with strength blocks performed on the floor with a variety of equipment. Members switch between the two modalities mid‑session.
