Job summary

Village Health Clubs & Spas is seeking instructors with Aqua/Barre/Strength/Cycle/Tai chi/Pilates/Kickboxing/Dance & Yoga experience to deliver professional, high quality fitness classes to a diverse membership.

You will create engaging group classes, lead safe instruction, maintain equipment, and provide outstanding customer service while exemplifying the Village Standards. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized certification in appropriate group fitness and/or exercise.
• Superior understanding and demonstration of customer service.
• Strong experience in a health club environment participating in instruction programming.
• Obtain CPR certification and attend New Hire Orientation within 30 days of hire through Company training.

Responsibilities

• Create exciting group fitness classes as assigned, along with appropriate music playlists.
• Attract and retain members by providing outstanding customer service.
• Interact with employees, members and guests in alignment with Village Standards.
