THE POSITION

We're seeking high-quality fitness trainers to deliver team-based, high-intensity training and excel at our studio. The ideal candidates:

• Have a growth mindset and want to be part of a high-performing, understanding team

• Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoy meeting people to keep our members happy

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coach and motivate members through predetermined workouts
• Conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with trial members
• Correct exercise form to prevent injuries
• Promote and sell F45 services, assist in membership growth and retention
• Demonstrate exercises with perfect form and provide regressions or progressions as needed
• Set up, clean, and store equipment around the studio before and/or after classes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in an F45 environment preferred
• Group training experience or potential to excel in it
• Minimum 1-year experience as a personal trainer
• Availability on weekends is essential
• Strong character, communication, and care skills
• Energetic, attentive, and knowledgeable about functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate-focused training
• Excellent communication and social media skills (Instagram, Facebook)
• Ability to stay on your feet and move constantly during workouts
