Job description

Our F45 family is looking for energetic, knowledgeable, and charismatic trainers. F45 Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member to provide the ultimate F45 experience. As an F45 Trainer, you will run group training sessions, assess member fitness levels, build a community that keeps members coming back every day, and promote the F45 brand throughout our market area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead F45 Training classes
• Ensure members perform exercises safely, with correct form, and offer modifications as needed
• Promote an energetic environment and foster a family-like culture at F45
• Conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with members
• Focus on membership acquisition and retention, including referral and lead generation activities

Qualifications:

• Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification from a recognized organization
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• Motivated and passionate about fitness and exercise
• Ability to develop strong relationships with members
• Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Compensation: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
