THE POSITION

We need high-quality fitness trainers to deliver team-based, high-intensity workouts and ensure excellent execution at our studio.

The ideal candidates:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coach and motivate members through prescribed workouts
• Conduct goal-oriented consultations with trial members
• Correct exercise form to prevent injuries
• Promote and sell F45 services, assist in membership growth and retention
• Demonstrate exercises with proper form and provide regressions/progressions
• Set up, clean, and store equipment before and after classes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in an F45 environment preferred
• Group training experience or ability to excel in it
• Minimum 1 year as a personal trainer
• Availability on weekends
• Strong character, communication, and care skills
• Energetic, attentive, and knowledgeable about functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate training
• Excellent communication and social media skills
• Must be active and mobile during workouts

CERTIFICATIONS

• Current nationally accredited personal trainer certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA)
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification

Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
