Your Impact Is Measurable:

This is a management position with real ownership and measurable expectations.

Success isn't determined by how many classes you personally teach. You'll be expected to grow participation, develop instructors, improve the schedule, engage members and build a Group Fitness program that produces results.

URGE provides the club, the members, the resources and the opportunity. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of making the program better.
