Job summary

The YMCA of the Northern Sky in Fargo, ND is seeking a part-time Group Fitness instructor to lead high-energy, low-impact sessions and guide participants using simple equipment. You will ensure excellent member experience and adhere to Les Mills choreography and music structure.

Requirements include 18+ years old, Les Mills Shapes Training completion, and certification within 4 months. A free YMCA membership is included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of the Les Mills Shapes Training.
• Within 4 months of hire: Group Fitness Certification in a mode taught at the YMCA of the Northern Sky.
• Follow specific Les Mills choreography notes and music structure.
• All employees receive a free YMCA membership!
• Part-time employees begin accruing Sick Leave immediately upon hire and PTO after one year of employment
• 12% Retirement Plan - The YMCA will automatically contribute an additional 12% of the eligible employee's monthly income into their YMCA Retirement Plan when the following requirements are met: The employee has been employed with the YMCA for 2 years; The employee has worked 1,000 hours during each of any two 12-month periods; The employee is 21 years of age or older.

Description

Summary

Shifts Needed:

Thursdays- 7:00am

Fridays- 5:15am, 6:15am

Saturdays- 10:0<00am

Sundays- 8:00am
