Job summary

VASA Fitness in Bellevue, NE is seeking a Group Fitness Team Lead to coach the coaches, oversee the club's group fitness program, manage schedules, develop instructors, and ensure high-energy, safe, inclusive classes.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification required (recently expired certifications may be renewed within 30 days of hire).
• Current CPR/AED certification required.
• 3+ years of experience teaching group fitness, small group training, or boutique fitness classes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Group Fitness program in your club, managing class schedules and developing instructors.
• Ensure programming is high-energy, safe, and inclusive for all fitness levels.
• Grow class attendance and maximize group fitness usage.
• Coach instructors through feedback, practice sessions, and in-class evaluations.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and the General Manager to align schedules and club performance.
