The Orangetheory Fitness concept is built around the Fitness Coach role which delivers our 1-hour full-body group workout. Our workout is backed by science, tracked by technology and inspired and led by certified coaches ... YOU!

What we offer our full-time Fitness Professionals

• Coaches are in the studio about 35 hours per week with great income and full benefits.
• We offer a consistent schedule with options of early bird, night owl or a variety based on your preferences.
• Our Coaches earn a consistent income without the worry of clients with no shows or last minute cancellations.
• New studios are opening all over the metro area and we love to promote from within for leadership positions.
