F45 North Livonia is a franchisee of the F45 Training group fitness system. We want our trainers to be happy and successful and to experience the thrill we have every day helping our members become fitter, healthier, and happier.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all members receive attention during class, perform exercises safely and correctly, and stay motivated and encouraged.
• Perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with modifications as needed.
• Provide regressions and progressions for all exercises.
• Conduct fitness consultations, discuss goals with new members and prospects.
• Discuss membership options with clients before and after class.
• Maintain a clean, organized, energetic, and fun studio environment.
• Promote and sell F45 services, assist in membership growth and retention.
• Set up, break down, clean, and store equipment around the studio floor before and after classes.
• Be punctual and in uniform.
• Hold a current, nationally accredited fitness certification (e.g., NSA, ACE, WITS, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA).
• Maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Have at least 1 year of personal training experience.

Additional Requirements:

• Group training certification or experience preferred.
