At the Y, we purposefully engage members throughout their health and wellness journeys. Group exercise is one of many ways the Y supports members on their path to achieving health and wellness goals. The Group Fitness Instructor teaches class in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that promotes member wellness and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.

The base wage is $15.00 per hour. Instructors are eligible for additional compensation of $1.00 per hour for professional certifications held for classes they teach at the YMCA.
