Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in San Antonio is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to deliver high-energy group exercise classes and provide an exceptional overall fitness experience for members.

You will know members personally, tailor classes to various fitness levels, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere from warm-up to cool-down. The role supports the club’s mission to be the best place to work and work out.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification required (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred)
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Deliver motivational instruction during group fitness classes
• Help members achieve their fitness goals
• Respond to member issues concerning group fitness classes
• Track class attendance numbers
• Participate in weekly emails and monthly trainings
• Attend quarterly staff meetings and class rollouts
• Engage with instructor portal and social media for updates and brand promotions
