Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Austin, TX is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor who is passionate about guiding members through dynamic classes and helping them reach their goals.

Deliver high-energy, inclusive sessions, build relationships with members, track attendance, and participate in team trainings and brand promotions. This full-time role includes benefits and a free gym membership.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels.
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification (AFAA/ACE/NASM) preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy group fitness classes.
• Get to know members and tailor classes to their goals.
• Track class attendance numbers.
• Attend weekly emails, monthly ZOOMs and trainings.
• Be involved with instructor portal and brand promotions.
