Job summary

Mountainside Fitness, LLC is looking for energetic Group Fitness Instructors to lead classes, demonstrate proper form, and engage Members in a welcoming, professional environment. You will arrive early, wear the official uniform, and maintain on-time start/end for each session.

The role includes using the Mountainside App and BAND app for updates, coordinating class coverage, and helping with events and member communication while upholding safety standards and certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate proper exercise form and provide cues/modifications as needed.
• Arrive 10 minutes prior to each class.
• Wear the designated Mountainside uniform top.
• Begin and end classes on time as scheduled.
• Welcome new Members, assist with equipment setup.

Responsibilities

• Deliver group fitness classes and ensure safety and technique.
• Promote inclusivity and positive atmosphere for Members.
• Coordinate with management for class coverage and events.
• Use the Mountainside App to post reminders and updates.
• Communicate class details and schedules to Members and staff.
• Support club events and launches with a professional attitude.
