Job summary

Mountainside Fitness locations in Arizona are seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, safe workouts and energize classes. You will create a welcoming studio, demonstrate techniques, and tailor moves with suitable modifications for all fitness levels.

We offer in-house training, a consistent weekly schedule, and a complimentary gym membership for active instructors, plus onsite childcare to support your coaching goals.

Qualifications

• Current, valid certification approved for the group fitness format you want to teach.
• In-house training and certification offered.
• Passion for fitness and ability to motivate others.
• Strong communication and professional attitude.
• Ability to demonstrate exercises with clear instruction and modifications.
• Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to member experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, motivating, safe, and effective group fitness classes.
• Create a welcoming environment where members feel encouraged and supported.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and offer modifications for different fitness levels.
• Build relationships with members and help make every class a great experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio.
• Communicate with your club team and help arrange class coverage when needed.
