Group Fitness Instructor - Fergus Falls Location

Join us as a Group Fitness Instructor at YMCA of the Northern Sky.

Responsibilities include creating a positive, non-competitive class environment, greeting participants, tracking attendance, motivating participants, and implementing activities aligned with YMCA's mission and philosophies. You will serve as a role model and ensure the fitness studio remains safe and clean. Continued training and certification updates are required.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Within 4 months of hire, obtain Group Fitness Certification (mode taught at YMCA of the Northern Sky).
• CPR/FA Certification for Adult, Child, and Infant (training provided).
• All employees receive a free YMCA membership.
• Part-time employees accrue Sick Leave immediately and Paid Time Off after one year.
• Eligible for a 12% Retirement Plan contribution after 2 years of employment, 1,000 hours worked in any two 12-month periods, and being 21 or older.
