Job summary

Washington City Community Center is seeking a Group Fit Instructor to lead safe, high-energy group exercise classes and help participants achieve their fitness goals while ensuring a fun workout environment in line with WCCC standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, plus a relevant group fitness certification (NCCA-accredited) or CPR/AED, and are able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed; on-site role with flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus one year of specialized group fitness training.
• NCCA-Accredited Group Fitness Certification or Personal Training with CPR/AED.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Instruct class formats according to schedule and standards.
• Create a fun, motivating workout environment for participants.
• Maintain current certifications and any required CEUs.
