The Role

Academy of Dance is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Group Fitness Instructors to join our team. If you are passionate, skilled, and eager to work with a supportive team, Genesis Fitness offers a great environment for you.

We are seeking GF instructors, particularly those with experience and qualifications in:

• Pilates, Zumba, & Yoga

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong commitment to customer service and excellent communication skills
• Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module, or Group Exercise Leader (Les Mills GEL)
• Willingness to complete Freestyle Instructor course if required
• Working with Children's Check
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR Certificate
• Infection Control Training (COVID-19)
• Relevant Program Certification (e.g., Yoga, Barre, Boxing, Zumba, Pilates)
• Willingness to participate in in-house training
• Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or relevant body (preferred)
• Ability to undergo police check
• Positive attitude and drive for success
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

ESSENTIAL:

• Current First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR
• National Police Check
• Working with Children's Check

You must hold these qualifications or be willing to obtain them for employment.
