We're looking for an energetic, suitably qualified, motivated Aqua Aerobics Instructor!

The Site

The Danny Frawley Centre is a state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility in Melbourne’s south east, creating a welcoming space for everyone.

The centre's holistic approach to health and wellbeing is reflected in high engagement, excellent customer experience, access and inclusion, and evidence-based services.

Patrons can participate in various programs suitable for all ages, including swimming classes, recreational swimming, group fitness classes, hydrotherapy, an elite recovery centre, and a health club.

The Role

Our Aqua Aerobic Instructors lead energetic, fun, safe, and educational group classes that promote wellness and engagement in a positive environment.

Skills & Attributes:

• Bright, cheerful, and encouraging in instructing and engaging with class participants
• Hold a Certificate III in Fitness
• Hold an Exercise to Music Module or Group Exercise Leader (Les Mills GEL) Certificates
• Previous experience as an Aqua Aerobic Instructor
• Ability to plan and organise classes within the facility's timetable
• Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
• Current CPR Certificate
• Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
• National Police Check
