Job summary

Compensation & Perks

Coaches are paid based on 50‑90 minute class size. Class rates range from a minimum of $20 to a maximum of $65.

A raise is offered after the first 90 days upon passing an Elite Coach evaluation.

Position Overview

We are looking for coaches who can make our members feel seen, and that they’re an integral part of the hour you spend together. Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member long after they’ve left the studio, and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating members through pre‑defined workouts
• Helping members set and achieve S.M.A.R.T goals
• Offering form corrections and exercise options to ensure safety
• Understanding the science behind our workouts, specifically heart‑rate focused training, and educating members on its benefits
• Knowledge of every piece of equipment and ability to demonstrate usage in every workout
• Maintaining a positive attitude and being a team player

Qualifications

• AED/CPR certified
• Current fitness certification approved by Orangetheory Fitness (e.g., ACE, CrossFit, RSPCA, etc.)
• Passion for health and fitness, strong communication skills, and ability to inspire others
