Job summary

Orangetheory - Franchise #0279 is seeking a Fitness Coach in Brecksville, Ohio to lead and motivate members during workouts. You will be responsible for helping members set and reach their fitness goals and providing safety guidance during training. We are looking for coaches who can make our members feel seen, and that they’re an integral part of the hour you spend together. Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member long after they’ve left the studio, and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout.

We Offer

• Compensation
  • Coaches are paid based on 50-90 minute class size.
    • The minimum class rate is $20
    • The maximum class rate is $65

As a Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties

• Leading and motivating members through pre‑defined workouts
• Helping members set and achieve S.M.A.R.T goals
• Offering form corrections and exercise options, safety if our priority!
• Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart‑rate focused training and educating our members on its benefits
• Knowledge of every piece of equipment and able to demonstrate usage in every workout.
• Positive attitude and being a team player

Additionally, you’ll need to meet these requirements
