Position Overview & Responsibilities:

Tru Fit Athletic Club is seeking motivated, high energy Group Fitness Instructors to lead our members, in a group environment, through a format of exercises designed to enhance overall fitness, strength and endurance.

• Create a motivational and fun environment while teaching.
• Correct form and routine to accommodate all fitness levels.
• Develop positive relationships with gym members.

Programs may include:

• Indoor Cycling, Zumba, Yoga, Step, Les Mills and much more!

Requirements

• A valid nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification (ex. NASM, ISSA, ACE).
• CPR certified.
• 1+ years of experience teaching group fitness classes.
• Offer consistent start and end time for all classes.
• Always maintain a positive attitude towards members.
• Positively promote the gym and services offered.
• Energetic personality.
• Excellent motivational skills.
