Job description

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking energetic, reliable, and passionate Group Fitness Instructors to teach at a high-profile company's fitness center located in Plano, TX.

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing effective, engaging, and motivating class formats accompanied by fun and appropriate playlists.
2. Building class attendance and offering alternative movements to accommodate all fitness levels, demonstrating a passion for client results.
3. Providing class coverage at multiple locations as needed.

Requirements:

• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness Certification or specialty class certificate, specialty class license (e.g., Zumba), and current CPR/AED certification (no online CPR/AED accepted).
• Prior experience in Group Fitness, Personal Training, corporate health promotion, or wellness.
• Strong customer service skills to network, engage, and interact with clients, guests, and participants.
• Professional communication skills, including appropriate vocabulary and grammar.
• Ability to engage participants effectively as a public speaker.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
